Biryani Kitchen started with one dish and one idea — that a proper biryani is worth waiting for.The recipes haven't changed since day one: rice and meat layered and sealed to cook on dum, spices ground fresh, marinades left overnight so the flavour actually gets into the meat. It takes longer. That's the point.Alongside the biryanis you'll find the food we grew up eating — Chicken 65, kadai curries, kebabs off the grill, and breads straight from the tandoor. Everything is made to order, and all our meat is halal.
